Due to most of our work being evergreen and having value for a long period of time, we do not refund our work. In the event we cannot produce sustained results, you will have no fees moving forward. This however is not our intention, and we approach every client with a healthy spirit of positive attitude and competitiveness. This is why we only allow 1 client per category per geographic area. New Media Roots is grateful for our clients and would never dilute their results with competitive clients.

Warranty and Refund Policy

Although we are extremely confident that our optimization and marketing formulas will produce results for your business, every business is a new adventure. With every new adventure, even the best plans and hopes do not always meet expectations. We do guarantee that we will exclusively market your business for the geographic area(s) and categories you choose based on availability. We do this so that we are never creating additional competition for any of our clients.

Prior to initial one-time setup service, any deposits collected will be refunded with a written service request cancellation. After initial one-time setup service is complete, no initial one-time setup service refunds are provided due to the evergreen lifespan of content and services. After initial one-time setup service is complete, if new customer growth goals do not meet expectations and a written service cancellation request is made within 5 business days, any future monthly service fees will not be due. We gladly offer refunds for pre-paid future service months only.
